Yes, resident parking is available at our community, with convenient surface parking included in the parking lot. Garage parking is also available for an additional monthly fee, with rates ranging from $110 to $225, depending on the selected garage option and availability. Trail Ridge offers a thoughtfully curated collection of community amenities designed to enhance your lifestyle. Residents can relax in the spa, stay active in the state-of-the-art fitness center, let their pets play in the pet agility park, or work remotely from the modern co-working center. Additional conveniences include an outdoor summer kitchen, a car care center, and a cozy fire pit.

Trail Ridge is proud to be a pet-friendly community, welcoming up to two pets per apartment home. With amenities like our pet agility park and plenty of nearby outdoor spaces to explore, both you and your furry companions can enjoy a comfortable and active lifestyle.

Every apartment home at Trail Ridge comes equipped with modern, everyday essentials, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and in-home washer and dryer.

While Trail Ridge does not offer furnished apartments, we do work with approved corporate housing providers and would be happy to connect you!

Trail Ridge community amenities are available during the following hours for resident convenience and enjoyment:
  • Co-working center: open during office hours
  • Pet agility park: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Spa, summer kitchen, and fire pit: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Car care center: available seasonally
  • Fitness center: 4:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Convenient parking is available throughout the Trail Ridge community. Each apartment home is permitted one vehicle to park in front of its assigned building, providing easy access for residents. Additional and overflow parking is available in designated areas located nearby, ensuring ample space for residents and guests.

To apply for an apartment at Trail Ridge, please visit our website at https://trailridgewp.com and select your desired available unit to begin the application process. The application fee is $16 per applicant aged 18 and older, and a $225 administrative fee is required per application.

Please note that there is currently no public transportation available in Woodland Park. Residents typically rely on personal vehicles for commuting and local travel within the area.

Trail Ridge is zoned for Gateway Elementary School and Woodland Park High School.
